A football helmet is a helmet that provides moderate insulation and great protection.

Completely protects wearer's head from bites and scratches. Provides decent protection from the elements, especially rain. Will not fall off when the wearer is attacked. Has many potential spawn locations.	Minor combat-speed reduction.

Effective chance calculations are based off of default loot settings, and median zombie density. The higher the density of zombies in an area, the higher the effective chance of an item spawning. Chance is also influenced by the lucky and unlucky traits.
